  • How do I place a custom order?

    Do you charge a Design Fee for such orders?

    It depends, we might charge a nominal design fee at times to cover up costs. Get in touch and we will let you know better once we understand your needs.

    Can I get a different finish on my custom made product?

    Yes you can! We have a variety of finishes available with us.  Once the design and type of wood is finalized, we can offer you various options for your furniture. All the Surface Treatments are supplied by Plantag Coatings and are safe for you as well as the environment.

    How long will it take to get my order delivered?

    It usually takes 30-45 days once the order is confirmed i.e. from the date of advance received. We will let you know the exact delivery time along with the project quote.  If you have any specific deadline, please let us know and we will try our best to meet the target. .

    What are the payment terms?

    For custom made orders we charge 50% advance and 50% on or before delivery. You can pay via bank transfer or through our online payment service. Customers in Delhi/NCR can also pay via cash or cheque.

    What about Shipping and Assembly cost?

    Shipping charges are included in the quotes. Please note that we do NOT provide free assembly. The product will be delivered along with a kit and Assembly Instructions and can be easily put together. In case you do require assistance, we can arrange assembly at a nominal cost on request.

    Can I cancel or return a custom made product?

    No, all DwellDuo custom orders are non returnable and can not be cancelled. If there is damage or defect in any of the products, please let us know within 3 days from the date of delivery and we will gladly repair or replace it based on the product condition.

  • What if I receive a damaged product?

    Please get in touch with us immediately (or within three days of date of delivery). We will gladly repair or exchange the product.

    Can I cancel the order?

    All order are non returnable and can not be cancelled. In case of any damage or defect please get in touch with us, and we will fix it for you.

    Can I change my shipping address once the order is placed?

    Please get in touch with us via mail or call us to change your shipping address after an order is placed. Please note that we can not change the shipping address once the order is shipped.

  • Is there any Warranty on DwellDuo Products?

    All DwellDuo products except soft furnishing i.e floor cushions, chair pads etc. come with a warranty of One Year from the date of Purchase. This warranty covers manufacturing defects only.

    Do you ship outside of India?

    As of now our logistics are not equipped for International shipping. If you can take care of the logistics and shipping, we will be more than glad to send an item overseas to you.

    The product I wish to buy is sold out, what do I do?

    Please get in touch with us with the item code of the product you wish to buy and we will let you know if we can arrange it for you.

    What if I want to place a Bulk order?

    How can I Pay?

    We use one of the safest payment gateways – Citrus. You can pay online via net banking, credit card or debit card.
